Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is a fully remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web services for marketing-led brands. As Client Partner you own an established book of recurring agency clients.

You will retain clients, renew contracts and drive expansion by upselling additional work. You will work with strategists and delivery teams to ensure the client hears one clear voice, while managing a seven-figure annual quota.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience in marketing, digital, creative or advertising.
• Proven track record of retaining clients and selling additional work.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Retain across your book: manage relationships, renewals and early warning for drift.
• Upsell and expand: identify next project per client and sell it.
• Maintain a seven-figure annual quota for retention and upsells.
• Collaborate with strategists and delivery teams to present one clear voice to clients.
