Job summary

Dotdigital is seeking a Retention Partner Manager for Alia by Dotdigital to own the ongoing education and enablement of our agency partners. This retention-focused role grows revenue from existing partners rather than pursuing new business, supporting hundreds of partners and collaborating with the Director of Agency Partnerships.

You will design and run partner education programs, webinars and Lunch & Learns, coordinate co-marketing, and ensure partners stay informed about new features.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing ongoing partner relationships post-sale
• Track record of growing revenue or engagement within existing accounts
• Experience in a partner, channel, or customer success function preferred

Responsibilities

• Educate and enable all agency partners, prioritizing high-potential accounts
• Lead Lunch & Learns, enablement sessions, and workshops
• Initiate co-marketing efforts with warranted partners (case studies, white papers, webinars)
• Keep partners informed on new features and updates
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams
• Maintain a revenue mindset around activating partners
