Qualifications

• 5+ years underwriting, marketing, or field underwriting experience.
• 3 years Agency Management experience is preferred.
• 2 years Claims or Loss Control Inspection experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop agency force that pre-qualifies accounts and processes small business.
• Make consistent underwriting decisions and promote ease of business.
• Monitor agency results and follow up with agents on growth and compliance.
• Develop professional relationships with agents and corporate teams.
• Assist in inspections and recommend risk improvements.
• Advise company of industry changes that could affect Selective.
