Blacksmith Agency is a fully remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO, and web services to marketing-led brands. As Agency Account Manager, you will own an established book of recurring clients, retain relationships, manage renewals, and drive growth through upsells.

You will work with strategists and the delivery team to ensure a single, clear voice for clients while meeting a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience in marketing, digital, or advertising agencies.
• Proven track record of retaining clients and driving additional project work with quantified results.
• Comfortable carrying and reporting a sales quota.
• Calm, clear communication with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own an established book of recurring agency clients and nurture relationships.
• Drive renewals and expand opportunities within accounts through upsells and cross-sell initiatives.
• Manage a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
