Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Aftermarket Account Manager based in the United States. This remote role covers the Northeast, owning key relationships, driving sustainable sales growth, and translating customer needs into commercial strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
• At least six years in technical sales, commercial account management, or related field.
• Experience in the heavy-truck, automotive aftermarket, or related sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships across assigned aftermarket accounts in the Northeast.
• Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and retention.
• Lead RFQ processes and coordinate internal resources for timely, competitive proposals.
• Gather feedback and translate customer needs into actionable internal requirements.
• Coordinate internal account teams to meet commitments and deliver consistent service.
• Support commercial negotiations including contracts, pricing, and promotions.
• Align product development priorities with customer requirements and market trends.
• Lead customer initiatives and campaigns to improve engagement and performance.
• Promote high service standards across the value chain from development to delivery.
• Travel approximately 50%–75% of the time within the territory.
