Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Aftermarket Account Manager based in the United States to own key Northeast aftermarket relationships. In this remote role, you will translate customer needs into effective commercial strategies, lead quotations, support negotiations, and seek opportunities to expand business across commercial vehicle and automotive aftermarket sectors.

You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, manufacturing and other teams to deliver reliable service across the customer value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• At least six years of experience in technical sales, commercial account management, or related field.
• Experience in the heavy-truck, automotive aftermarket, or related sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and grow northeast aftermarket accounts; strengthen customer partnerships.
• Lead quotation processes and support negotiations with customers.
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver timely, competitive proposals.
• Gather customer feedback and translate needs into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with customer requirements.
