Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Aftermarket Account Manager for a remote role covering the Northeast, including travel up to 50-75% of the time. You will own key aftermarket customer relationships, lead RFQ processes, negotiate terms, and align cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in technical sales or account management in the heavy-truck/automotive aftermarket and a strong track record in developing account strategies and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Six years of experience in technical sales or account management, preferably in heavy-truck/automotive aftermarket.
• Experience in the commercial vehicle sector is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to develop account strategies and negotiate contracts and promotions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to coordinate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage Northeast aftermarket accounts and strengthen customer partnerships.
• Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue and retention.
• Lead RFQ processes and coordinate internal resources for proposals.
• Gather customer feedback and translate needs into solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to meet commitments and deliver service.
• Support negotiations involving contracts and pricing; align product strategies with customer needs.
• Lead customer initiatives and campaigns to improve engagement and performance.
• Ensure high service standards across the value chain.
