Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Aftermarket Account Manager based in the United States to own key Northeast customer relationships. This remote role connects customers with internal teams to translate needs into commercial strategies, lead quotations, support negotiations, and identify growth opportunities across commercial vehicle and automotive aftermarket sectors.

You will collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product Development, and Manufacturing to deliver reliable service, while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• At least six years of experience in technical sales or commercial account management.
• Experience in the heavy‑truck, automotive aftermarket, or related sectors preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Manage aftermarket accounts across the Northeast and strengthen partnerships.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and retention.
• Oversee RFQ processes and coordinate proposals.
• Translate customer needs into commercial strategies and cross‑functional actions.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with sales, product, manufacturing.
• Support contract negotiations and promotional programs.
• Align product development with customer requirements and market trends.
• Lead sales campaigns and customer events to boost engagement.
• Ensure service excellence across the value chain.
• Monitor territory needs and inform account planning.
• Travel 50–75% and work remotely with internal teams.
• Leverage MS Office tools for reporting and communication.
