Job summary

Rush Physical Therapy in Palatine, IL is seeking a Centralized Scheduler to create an exceptional first experience for patients. The role starts on-site and becomes remote after 90 days of training, with a Monday–Friday schedule and hourly compensation.

You will handle scheduling, pre-registration tasks, and communication with patients and the healthcare team to ensure smooth visits and clear directions.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience in healthcare.
• Experience in scheduling for outpatient services preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Schedule procedures and coordinate with patients and staff.
• Communicate visit times and directions clearly.
• Gather demographic and insurance information for pre-registration.
• Review appointments for completeness.
• Place calls for prehab scheduling and referrals.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop referral sources.
