Job summary

Family Home Health Network in the Chicagoland area seeks an experienced Scheduler with therapy scheduling preference. You will manage patient referrals and schedule field staff for PTs, OTs, and SLPs, coordinating with the Team Leader to place clinicians with the right experience.

This hybrid, Monday–Friday role requires living in Illinois and monthly office visits; strong computer skills, insurance terminology knowledge, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years scheduling experience; therapy scheduling preferred.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; EMR experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service.
• Knowledge of insurance benefits and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient referrals and schedule field staff (PTs, OTs, SLPs).
• Collaborate with Team Leader to match clinicians to patient needs.
• Maintain relationships with staff and ensure timely visits.
