Job summary

829 Studios is seeking an Affiliate Specialist in the United States (Colorado) to drive program setup, daily management, and optimization of partner programs.

You will recruit and manage partners, analyze performance data, and present insights to clients, ensuring optimization for ROI. The role requires 2–3 years of affiliate marketing experience, strong communication, and platform knowledge across Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs that drive measurable revenue.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and present data that informs client strategy.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to explain technical affiliate concepts to stakeholders.
• Relationship-driven, focusing on nurturing and managing key partner relationships to ensure partnership success for both clients and the agency.
• Expertise with major affiliate marketing platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple client programs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs, ensuring accuracy, link integrity, tracking accuracy, and offer availability.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing optimization.
• Analyze affiliate performance data and key metrics to identify trends, report on program health, and make data-backed recommendations to improve ROI.
• Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, contributing to strategy and presenting on program performance and future initiatives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of affiliate networks and platforms including Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN to ensure best-in-class program management.
• Collaborate closely with Affiliate Strategists and Managers to ensure seamless execution across client accounts.
