Job summary

829 Studios is seeking an Affiliate Specialist to own the setup, management, and optimization of affiliate programs, ensuring accurate tracking and performance. You will recruit and manage partners while analyzing data to drive ROI.

You will collaborate with Affiliate Strategists and Managers, communicate with clients, and maintain expertise across Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN to ensure best-in-class program health.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of affiliate marketing experience in an agency setting.
• Proven success building and managing performance-based affiliate programs.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into client strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
• Relationship-driven approach to nurture key partners and drive ROI.
• Experience with major affiliate networks such as Impact, Rakuten, CJ.

Responsibilities

• Own setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding and relationships.
• Analyze performance data and report program health with ROI recommendations.
• Serve as a secondary client contact, presenting performance insights.
• Maintain deep understanding of affiliate networks and platforms.
• Collaborate with strategists and managers for seamless execution.
