Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to own a high-impact affiliate and creator channel for a fast-growing DTC business. You will lead strategy and execution across the US, Canada, and Australia, drive profitable acquisition, and strengthen creator relationships.

You will own revenue targets, manage program performance, and optimize CAC, LTV, and cohort retention. The role includes offline activations and an emphasis on data-driven decisions using platforms like Upfluence,

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or partnerships with revenue responsibility.
• Experience in DTC/e-commerce/CPG environments preferred.
• Proven track record building or scaling affiliate/creator programs with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of growth and profitability metrics: CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin, and cohort retention.
• Experience launching or scaling programs in new markets, ideally the US.

Responsibilities

• Own affiliate revenue targets and manage channel performance with focus on acquisition costs and LTV.
• Lead the global affiliate and creator program across US, Canada, and Australia; source creators and manage platform strategy.
• Drive US market expansion via TikTok and TikTok Shop with creator-led acquisition strategies.
• Build and optimize the creator lifecycle and onboarding speed; expand the creator roster.
• Design scalable creator compensation models and manage rate cards and negotiations.
• Own the affiliate tech stack (Upfluence, AWIN, Roster, Triple Whale) and assess channel incrementality.
