Odd Bunch is seeking a senior leader to own the affiliate and partnerships channel across the US. This player-coach role combines strategy with hands-on execution in a lean team, reporting to Founder & CEO.

You will drive revenue, manage creator rosters, and oversee platforms like Upfluence and AWIN, while building offline activations and cross-sell programs. A US-market launch background and deep metrics fluency are essential.

Competenze

• 5–10 years in affiliate, influencer, or partnerships marketing with direct ownership of a revenue number.
• Experience building or rebuilding a program; describe changes and outcomes.
• Fluency in growth metrics—CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC, payback period, retention by cohort.
• New-market launch experience; US market launch fluency with TikTok Shop strategy is preferred.
• Events and activations experience; offline activations and creator trips.
• Creator-led product seeding experience; understanding how to grow core product via creators.
• People leadership; coaching through reporting and reliability gaps.
• Strong stakeholder communication; turning data into a clear leadership narrative.
• Platform/attribution fluency; knowledge of Upfluence, AWIN, Roster, Triple Whale; automations.
• Operator's reliability; end-to-end ownership and flagging risks.

Mansioni

• Own affiliate revenue targets and CPA discipline (current band $25–$30).
• Manage unit economics and creator roster lifecycle, focusing on retention and churn.
• Lead global go-to-market across three markets, including sourcing, platforms, gifting, PR, and partnerships.
• Oversee attribution and incrementality; run geo tests and holdouts as needed.
• Hands-on leadership of the affiliate team; provide weekly/bi-weekly data-backed narratives to leadership.
• Drive offline activations and creator trips; build cross-sell with Pantry and other products.
• Design and test compensation models (commission, fees, guarantees) and manage rate card discipline.
