Jobgether is seeking an Affiliate Manager / Senior Affiliate Manager to drive growth in the United States. This role handles recruitment, development, and scaling of high-performing affiliate partnerships across multiple industries and traffic channels.

You will build relationships with direct media buyers and publishers, align offers with partners, and translate performance insights into revenue growth. You will own the affiliate pipeline and collaborate with account management and leadership

Qualifikationen

• 4–8+ years of experience in affiliate/performance marketing, with strong network-side background.
• Hands-on experience managing affiliates and performance campaigns.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and scale affiliate partnerships; strong sales skills.
