Job summary

Confidential is a fast-growing, sustainable DTC business offering grocery and pantry products. The role focuses on leading affiliate channels and creator partnerships across the US, Canada, and Australia, driving growth through creator-led strategies.

You will manage end-to-end creator programs, optimize channel economics, test compensation models, and coordinate in-person activations and events to scale performance while reporting weekly updates to the Founder & CEO.

Responsibilities

• Own affiliate revenue targets and channel performance across US, Canada, and Australia.
• Manage creator lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and scaling top performers.
• Drive US market expansion through TikTok and TikTok Shop creator-led strategies.
• Optimize channel economics using contribution margin, LTV, blended CAC, and cohort retention.
• Test creator compensation models including commissions, flat fees, and guarantees.
• Build a scalable creative pipeline through creator content and whitelisting.
• Plan in-person activations like sampling events, festivals, and creator trips.
• Own affiliate technology stack including Upfluence, AWIN, Roster, and Triple Whale.
• Lead team while staying hands-on and providing weekly performance updates.
