Job summary

Aquent is seeking a seasoned Creator Affiliate Marketing lead to drive revenue growth via creator partnerships across a portfolio of consumer brands. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement with top creators, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable results.

You will analyze performance data, derive actionable insights, and present strategic recommendations to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of influencer/creator marketing experience with a focus on affiliate programs.
• Proven track record managing revenue-producing creator/affiliate programs separate from brand campaigns.
• Experience recruiting, activating, and maintaining creator relationships; strong data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in creator affiliate partnerships and attributable revenue across multiple brands.
• Oversee all creator affiliate activities on leading platforms for peak performance and strategic alignment.
• Lead full lifecycle of creator engagement: recruitment, onboarding, activation, and re-engagement.
• Maintain direct communication channels and relationships with key creators.
• Monitor affiliate performance and identify insights to optimize results.
• Develop strategic recommendations from market trends and creator analytics.
• Collaborate with external agency partners to ensure execution and accountability.
• Support the overarching creator affiliate strategy across the portfolio.
