Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a results-oriented Affiliate Specialist to join our team. This role supports affiliate strategists with day-to-day program management, platform oversight, and partner recruitment to optimize performance.

You will build relationships with networks such as Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN, analyze metrics, present strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ROI for client programs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proven success in implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs.
• Strong analytical skills to present data that informs client strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Relationship-driven and able to nurture key partner relationships.
• Expertise with major networks including Impact, Rakuten and CJ.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding and relationship management.
• Analyze affiliate performance data and report on program health.
• Serve as the secondary client contact and present performance initiatives.
• Maintain understanding of affiliate networks and platforms to ensure best-in-class management.
• Collaborate with Affiliate Strategists and Managers for seamless execution.
