Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, International Relations, or related field.
• Experience in business development or sales in U.S. aviation markets and contracting.
• Experience selling aerospace or GSE products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–50%.
• Established network in commercial aviation.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance operations and GSE systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for aircraft GSE in the U.S.
• Lead end-to-end proposals, RFIs/RFQs, pricing input, and contract terms.
• Build strategic relationships with procurement teams and logistics decision-makers.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and operations to tailor GSE solutions.
• Visit customer sites to uncover sales opportunities and gather feedback.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term BD and sales strategies.
• Conduct market research on trends, customer needs, and competitors.
