Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant for the Partner Sales team (Armis) to enable and guide our partner ecosystem in delivering ServiceNow’s security, identity, and risk solutions to enterprise customers.

You will lead joint solution design, demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements, working with partner sales engineers, security specialists, and executives to tie technical capability to measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a related technical role.
• 5+ years of customer- or partner-facing technical, pre-sales, or support experience.
• Experience supporting complex cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise platform sales cycles, ideally through a partner or channel motion.

Responsibilities

• Lead enablement, joint solution design, demonstrations, and POV engagements with partners.
• Deliver joint technical demonstrations, virtual and in-person, alongside partner solution engineers.
• Support partner-led POVs, POCs, and formal evaluations with hands-on guidance.
• Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for customer conversations and ROI.
• Build enablement content, summaries, and narratives for partner use.
• Travel as needed, typically 25–50% depending on region and partner coverage.
