You will work with the Admissions team to ensure applicants meet criteria and to schedule interviews, leveraging CRM tools and vendor resources.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Five years of admissions experience required.
• Experience with outside sales, customer service, and quality assurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to applicants based on admissions criteria.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with clients, students, and staff.
• Conduct virtual prospective student interviews as directed by leadership.
• Utilize vendor resources to engage prospective students and schedule campus appointments.
• Manage recruitment activity through appointments, updates, and CRM notes.
• Perform phone, text, and email outreach to schedule and follow up on appointments.
• Meet or exceed admissions activity and referral targets.
• Adhere to Federal financial aid policies related to admissions activities.
• Prepare, complete, and submit admissions documents in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with campus Admissions departments to support recruitment activities.
• Direct students to the Concorde school catalog on the website.
