Universal Technical Institute, Inc. in Garden Grove, CA is seeking an Admissions Representative to recruit and enroll qualified students while providing ongoing support throughout the admissions process.

This role emphasizes professionalism, ethical recruitment practices, and collaboration with internal teams to facilitate a seamless enrollment experience. You will conduct outreach, interviews, campus tours, and guide applicants through requirements while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field is preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience as an Admissions Representative (preferred).
• Minimum one (1) year in customer service and/or sales (preferred).
• Online only - Minimum of three (3) years of online higher education experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach, interviews, and follow-ups with prospective/enrolled students.
• Provide accurate program details, career opportunities, and enrollment requirements as outlined in Campus catalog.
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer service in all student and staff interactions.
• Manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and track applicant progress.
• Utilize authorized marketing materials in accordance with guidelines and ethics.
• Navigate admissions systems to support enrollment process.
• Conduct campus tours and informational sessions.
• Assist prospective students in navigating the admissions process.
• Meet or exceed campus leadership criteria for admissions activity and referrals.
• Submit and maintain accurate admissions records and documentation.
• Comply with federal, state, and institutional policies on admissions and recruitment.
• Attend orientations, graduations, and admissions meetings.
• Collaborate with financial aid, academics, and student services to support student success.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

Strong organizational and time mgmt.

Education

HS Diploma or GED

5+ years admissions exp (preferred)
