Job summary

Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is hiring a Field Admissions Representative to recruit students in a 120‑mile territory around Spokane, WA. This fully remote role requires travel within the area and high engagement with local high schools to raise awareness of UTI programs.

The candidate should be customer‑focused, extroverted, and capable of independent work in a fast‑paced environment, with strong presentation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Public speaking experience is preferred; strong communication is essential.
• Outside sales experience of 3–5 years is preferred; ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Builds new relationships and strengthens partnerships with high schools, dealers, and communities.
• Conducts in-person events and represents UTI at offsite events.
• Uses a consultative approach in home interviews and maintains CRM for follow-up.
• Delivers engaging presentations to educators to promote UTI programs.
• Keeps knowledge of programs and financing options to answer inquiries.
• Meets enrollment goals through outreach and recruitment efforts.
• Complies with all external and internal guidelines and procedures.
• Performs other duties as needed.
