Job summary

Universal Technical Institute seeks a Field Admissions Representative to engage high schools and prospective students within a 120-mile territory. The role emphasizes relationship-building, public speaking, and strategic recruitment in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

You will travel to schools, conduct in-person presentations, and maintain CRM-driven follow-ups while meeting enrollment goals and complying with all regulatory criteria.

Qualifications

• Education: High School degree or GED required. Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Experience: 3 - 5 years outside sales experience preferred.
• Must clear Background check, including MVR.
• Strong verbal and written communication; interviews in person and virtually.
• Strong presentation and sales skills required.
• Must understand Microsoft Office; analyze and report data.
• Interpersonal skills: build relationships, work independently in a fast paced environment, manage territory.

Responsibilities

• Builds new relationships with dealerships, industry partners, high schools and local communities.
• In-person presentations at high schools and offsite events.
• Conducts informative interviews; utilizes CRM for thorough follow-up with potential students.
• Presents to educators to encourage attendance to UTI programs.
• Maintains knowledge of UTI programs, financing options, and other information to answer questions.
• Meets or exceeds enrollment goals through outreach and recruitment efforts.
• Adheres to compliance criteria and procedures by external bodies and UTI.
• Other duties as necessary
