Recovery Unplugged seeks an Admissions Coordinator to manage inquiries and ensure a seamless experience for prospective clients. This full-time, remote role is tied to dedicated 8-hour shifts and HIPAA-compliant processes.

Salary ranges from $45,000 to $50,000 annually, with benefits including health coverage, 401(k), and PTO. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills and experience in behavioral health admissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Behavioral health admissions experience preferred.
• Strong computer literacy with Salesforce, Call Tracking Metrics and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment with empathy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Remote work capability with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of inbound admissions inquiries through phone, email, and other channels.
• Use Salesforce as a primary tool for lead tracking, documentation, and workflow management.
• Navigate Call Tracking Metrics and Outlook for communication and follow-up.
• Provide compassionate, professional customer service to prospective clients and their families.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail while multi-tasking across systems and client cases.
• Coordinate internally with clinical, outreach, and admissions teams to ensure continuity of care.
