Release Recovery is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join the admissions team, serving as the first contact for prospective clients, families, and partners. You will guide applicants through the admissions process, coordinate with clinical teams for placement, and ensure a smooth transition into care.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and excels at clear communication and thoughtful coordination in a behavioral health setting, contributing to our mission-driven approach

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in admissions, healthcare administration, behavioral health, or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with electronic records or CRM systems; KIPU experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; on-call rotating schedule.
• Travel to various company locations or events as required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with client screenings and gather intake information.
• Review clinical records and summarize relevant information for the admissions team.
• Enter and verify demographics, insurance information, and contacts in KIPU.
• Prepare and transfer charts into KIPU for clinical and residential teams.
• Share program information, next steps, and arrival instructions with clients and families.
• Assist Admissions Managers with scheduling and logistical follow-up.
• Prepare admissions summaries for receiving teams.
• Participate in admissions meetings and complete assigned follow-up tasks.
