Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking an Admissions Care Coordinator to respond promptly to call center inquiries and coordinate admissions for treatment at Pinnacle facilities. This remote role helps patients find the right bed and level of care and guides families through the admission process.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office, and demonstrate empathy, teamwork, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to inbound inquiries from call center.
• Assess patients' treatment needs and locate facility and level of care.
• Document patient assessment into system of record promptly.
• Understand insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Coordinate admissions schedules and transportation as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to locate beds and schedule admissions.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication and empathy.
