A leading addiction treatment provider is looking for an Admissions Coordinator in Cambridge City, Indiana. This role requires coordinating admissions processes, ensuring eligibility and assisting patients with their financial responsibilities. Qualified candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience, preferably in behavioral healthcare. Qualifications

• Experience with insurance benefits and patient financial issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions and discharges for all patients.
• Ensure benefit eligibility and confirmation.
• Assist with patient payment plans and insurance coverage.
• Assist with billing issues.
• Assist with coordinating and collecting co-pays, deductibles, or other fees from patients that may be due at admission, during treatment, at discharge, or post-discharge.
• Assist with coordinating and arranging patient payment plans when necessary.
• Liaise with patients regarding insurance benefits and coverage.
• Schedule and complete admission assessments and required paperwork.
• Attend team meetings and complete all training courses promptly as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Role Overview

As an Admissions Coordinator, you are responsible for developing and maintaining intake services, coordinating care planning and referral networking strategies to meet organizational objectives. You also promote performance improvement and service delivery aligned with Pinnacle Treatment Centers’ mission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of intake/admissions experience, preferably in behavioral healthcare

Preferred

• Undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college or university
• Three (3) years of intake/admissions experience, preferably in behavioral healthcare
