Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to manage intake for Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient services. You will be the first contact for clients and referral partners, guiding them through eligibility, scheduling, and coordination with clinicians from a remote EST-based team.

The role is full-time and hourly, with 8:00am–5:00pm EST Sunday–Thursday, reporting to the Director of Central Intake.

Qualifications

• Must be based in EST.
• 2–3 years of intake/admissions experience in healthcare.
• Proficient with CRM and EMR platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathetic problem-solver with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for prospective clients and referrals via phone and web.
• Manage inbound and outbound referrals and guide through the intake process.
• Educate clients and partners on PHP/IOP services and care structure.
• Verify insurance coverage and explain costs to reduce admission barriers.
• Schedule evaluations and coordinate with clinicians for readiness.
• Track client activity in CRM/EMR and maintain accurate records.
