Guidelight Health is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join the Central Intake team. This remote role (PST) supports high-volume client intake, education on PHP/IOP programs, and coordinating next steps toward care. The role requires a bachelor's degree and experience in behavioral health admissions.

The position emphasizes empathy, structured screening, and strong operational execution to minimize funnel leakage and ensure timely handoffs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, human services, psychology, or related field.
• Live in PST/MST.
• 2–3+ years in high-volume healthcare intake/admissions.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and benefits.
• Strong communication in emotionally sensitive settings.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet SLAs.
• Comfort with CRM/EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients and referring providers.
• Engage clients with warmth and appropriate directness.
• Guide clients through demographics, screening, scheduling, and next steps.
• Conduct initial screenings and escalate as needed.
• Educate about PHP and IOP programs and next steps.
• Maintain accurate documentation and effective handoffs.
