Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years in a contact center or healthcare setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic internet/email.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule initial assessments and match patients with providers.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance eligibility.
• Collect insurance information and run eligibility checks.
• Document all patient interactions in the EHR.
• Assist with portal setup and new patient paperwork.
• Handle inbound/outbound communications and referrals.
