Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to be the initial point of contact for patients, families, and the public. You will coordinate admissions and transitions across levels of care, providing administrative support to treatment teams and ensuring timely completion of assessments and surveys.

Essential duties include greeting visitors, coordinating transportation, scheduling spaces, and submitting attendance data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Admissions and patient transitions: greet, coordinate admissions, and liaise with care teams.
• Administrative duties: manage visitors, messages, scheduling, and materials.
• Program support: coordinate outside medical appointments as directed by staff.
