NCR EduServices Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Admission Counselor to engage with prospective students and parents, guiding them through the admission process.

The role supports a work-from-home model with a typical schedule of 12 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Saturday, for freshers or candidates with related experience. The position emphasizes strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries while ensuring timely enrollment and accurate CRM updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with experience in admission counseling, student counseling, customer engagement, or sales can apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and parents to understand their academic needs and goals.
• Counsel students and recommend suitable courses and learning programs.
• Explain program features, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
• Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with interested candidates and guide them throughout the admission process.
• Schedule counseling sessions and demo classes.
• Assist students with application forms, documentation, and fee-related queries.
• Ensure timely completion of enrollment formalities.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and enrollment status in the CRM.
• Update daily activity reports and track lead progress.
