  • Convert prospective students into enrolled learners while consistently achieving monthly enrollment and sales targets.
  • Guide applicants through the admissions process, manage application-related queries, and maintain clear and timely communication with students and parents.
  • Follow up on enrollment confirmations, resolve concerns, and coordinate with internal admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

  • Sales and persuasion: Demonstrated ability to engage prospective students, understand their needs, address objections, influence decisions, and convert leads into enrollments.

  • Target orientation: A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Work schedule: Flexibility to work six days per week, with a rotational weekly day off. Although the original job title mentions working from home, the description specifies six-day office work, so the exact work arrangement should be confirmed with the hiring team.
Benefits
