NCR EduServices Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Global Sales Associate Student Counselling to connect with prospective students and parents, assess learning needs, recommend programs, and guide them through enrollment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, relationship-building, and a persuasive approach to convert inquiries into enrollments, with 1-3 years in student counselling or educational sales and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in student counselling, admission counselling, educational sales, or customer engagement.
• Experience in education or EdTech sector preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
