Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; sales or counselling experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Must be comfortable with targets and multiple leads.
• Familiarity with EdTech or admissions processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact leads via calls and WhatsApp; capture student requirements.
• Explain programme features and pricing; counsel parents.
• Schedule and coordinate demos with teachers.
• Follow up after demos; address concerns; move to enrolment.
• Track progress in CRM and report metrics.
• Work towards daily, weekly, monthly targets.
