Role Description

The Admission Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Home, KS. In this position, the counselor guides prospective students through the admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, by providing accurate information about programs, eligibility, and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person; conducting consultations to understand student goals; and recommending suitable educational options. The counselor maintains detailed records of interactions, follows up with leads, supports application completion, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This role also involves participating in outreach activities, information sessions, and events to increase awareness of Admission Orbit’s offerings.
