Job summary

Kod2Kids is seeking an Admission Counsellor / Parent Success Executive to talk to parents, understand what their child needs, and guide them from a free demo class to the right Kod2Kids program.

The role involves handling new leads, scheduling demos, following up, explaining plans, completing enrolments, and staying in touch with enrolled families to support renewals and referrals. Remote, India-based with evening/weekend shifts on rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1+ year in admissions, inside sales, customer success or telephonic counselling.
• Excellent spoken English and Hindi; polite, patient and persuasive on calls and WhatsApp.
• Organised with follow-ups; comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and basic CRM tools.
• Laptop, smartphone and reliable internet; availability for evening/weekend shifts on rotation.

Responsibilities

• Handle every new lead: demo bookings from the website, WhatsApp and chatbot leads; schedule a demo with a trainer.
• Explain Kod2Kids programs, plans and kits; complete enrolment and payment.
• Stay in touch with enrolled families, resolve issues, collect feedback and support renewals and referrals.
