Terranovahire is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Administrative Support Representative to assist customers, coordinate reservations, maintain records, and provide administrative support across daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and related arrangements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Review reservation details and confirmations for accuracy.
• Communicate updates, changes, and important information to customers.
• Follow up on customer requests and outstanding items.
• Work with suppliers and service providers to coordinate customer arrangements.
• Assist with modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Monitor upcoming reservations and proactively address potential issues.
• Perform general administrative duties including data entry and record maintenance.
