Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Two to four years in administrative business applications, ticketing/case systems, HR/Accounting/Payroll.
• Must have experience with Workday and ServiceNow and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Workday (ERP) used across Inland's related companies.
• Log, track, and manage service tickets and cases in ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain critical business operations.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounting, Payroll, IT and Leadership to identify, prioritize, and resolve needs.
• Manage application upgrades and new software releases, including testing and communication.
