Qualifications

• Two to four years of related experience with administrative business applications, ticketing/case management systems, HR/Accounting/Payroll systems, and application support.
• Specific experience with Workday and ServiceNow.
• Must pass a background check and a post-offer, pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Workday (ERP) across Inland's related companies.
• Log, track, and manage service tickets and cases in ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain critical business operations.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounting, Payroll, IT and Leadership to identify, prioritize, and resolve application support needs.
• Manage application upgrades and new software releases, including testing, coordination, and communication with affected stakeholders.
