Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Remote Workday Intelligence Analyst to serve as a SME for Workday HCM, Talent, Timekeeping, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting, and Integrations. You will develop, maintain, and distribute dashboards and analytics, configure and troubleshoot Workday processes, and collaborate with People Operations, Finance, and IT to implement solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ Workday Pro Certifications in HCM, Recruiting, or Benefits, with advanced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field preferred.
2 active Workday Pro Certifications in areas: HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence/Timekeeping.
Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for Workday HCM, Talent, Timekeeping, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting, and Integrations.
Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
Configure, maintain, test, and troubleshoot Workday business processes, security roles, reports, dashboards, and system functionality.
Partner with People Operations, Finance, Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to understand business needs and recommend system solutions.
Support Workday releases, enhancements, system updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with the management and monitoring of Workday integrations and data interfaces.
Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with regulatory, organizational, and security requirements.
Analyze workforce data and trends to support business decision-making.
Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and project-related activities.
Research and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training for Workday functionality.
Create and maintain system documentation, job aids, and training materials.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve system issues and support organizational objectives.
Research, identify, and drive opportunities to streamline and simplify existing processes and practices.
Communicate with users, key stakeholders and leadership regarding system issues, enhancements, upgrades/releases, etc.
