Senture is seeking an ADA Leave Administrator to support employees’ needs regarding leave and accommodations. You will act as a trusted resource, guiding employees through the interactive process while collaborating with leadership.

This role prioritizes strong communication skills, empathy, and the capacity to make data-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. The position is fully remote and demands a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing and administering Leave of Absence processes.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, FMLA, and leave regulations.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in HR systems and case management tools.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and communicate Leave of Absence policies.
• Act as main POC for ADA and religious accommodation requests.
• Track ADA accommodation end dates and determine next steps.
• Assist with payroll inquiries related to paid time off policies.
