Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a Digital Marketing / Communications Specialist II to run ad serving and trafficking for paid media. You will coordinate with Activation, Marketing Technology, and web teams to ensure correct tagging, delivery, and measurement across campaigns.

You’ll manage creative rotation, pixels, and discrepancy resolution, ensuring quality before launch and ongoing reconciliation with publishers and vendors in a remote, TZ-aware setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 2 years’ experience in trafficking/ad ops.
• Hands-on ad trafficking experience in an ad server such as Campaign Manager 360 or comparable platform.
• Experience resolving delivery and impression discrepancies with publishers or platforms.
• Experience with agencies, publishers, and vendors on technical troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail and ability to document trafficking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Traffics display, video, native, and rich media creative into the ad server and buying platforms, verifying specs, click URLs, and tag integrity.
• Builds and maintains ad server placement structures and creative assignments.
• Manages creative rotation and weighting across flights with timing as directed by campaigns.
• Generates and distributes trafficking sheets and ad tags to publishers and confirms implementation.
• Retrieves and stores creative assets to ensure market readiness.
