Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi seeks a Project Manager, Activation (Operations Manager) to anchor the Factory Migration Team, translating priorities into actionable work and surfacing risks in real time. You will personally build and optimize campaigns in AJO as part of migrating from Eloqua to the Adobe stack, aiming for a rebuild rather than export-import.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing operations, campaign management, or MarTech delivery.
• 2+ years hands-on with Adobe Journey Optimizer building and launching production campaigns.
• Experience leading or coordinating distributed delivery teams across time zones; prior agency or client-facing enterprise delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Onshore–Offshore Liaison: translate priorities into work packages and report status, risks, and blockers.
• Hands-On AJO Campaign Creation & Optimization: build, configure, and optimize B2B campaigns and journeys in AJO; migrate from Eloqua to Adobe stack.
• Team & Operations Management: direct offshore Campaign Specialists and QA; enforce standardized workflows and QA gates.
• Collaboration: partner with Product Lead, CDP Manager, CJA Specialist, and QA Specialist; support UAT and production hypercare.
