Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi seeks a Project Manager, Activation to anchor the Factory Migration Team, bridging US leadership and offshore resources. You will personally build, launch, and optimize campaigns in Adobe Journey Optimizer during Eloqua to AEP migration, ensuring QA gates are met and SLA targets kept.

You’ll lead cross‑time‑zone delivery, manage briefs and runbooks, and collaborate with product, data, and QA partners to maintain quality and compliance across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing operations or MarTech delivery.
• 2+ years hands-on with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Experience leading distributed delivery teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Onshore–Offshore Liaison: translate priorities into work packages and report status, risks and blockers.
• Hands-On AJO Campaign Creation & Optimization: build and configure B2B campaigns and journeys; migrate Eloqua to Adobe; monitor performance and optimize.
• Team & Operations Management: direct offshore team, ensure QA gates, maintain runbooks and SOPs, ramp resources as the team grows.
