Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi in Chicago or Milwaukee is seeking an Adobe Marketing Automation Proxy Product Owner to lead the technical delivery of journeys and campaigns within Adobe Journey Optimizer. You will translate marketing needs into actionable journey use cases, manage delivery priorities, and partner closely with automation specialists and business stakeholders through implementation.

The role blends hands-on AJO delivery with strong product ownership, backlog refinement, and clear communication

Qualifications

Experience as Product Owner or similar delivery-focused role.
Hands-on delivery experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Experience managing email or cross-channel campaign intake and backlog.

Responsibilities

Own the technical execution and delivery of work within the marketing automation product function.
Translate objectives into AJO journey use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Design and implement customer journey use cases within Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Maintain backlog priorities and coordinate cross-team delivery.
Partner with stakeholders to resolve dependencies and delivery constraints.
Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.
