Jobgether is seeking a strategic ACO Contract Manager in the United States for a remote role. You will lead complex contract negotiations with hospitals and provider groups, shape strategies balancing financial, quality, and network goals, and manage the full contract lifecycle from negotiation to renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least eight years of related healthcare contracting experience.
• Experience negotiating healthcare service and provider contracts, including value-based methodologies and ACO arrangements.
• Knowledge of health plan operations, provider operations, or related healthcare environments.
• Strong understanding of provider contracting strategies, risk-based agreements, reimbursement structures, financial models, operational impacts, and data analytics.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex arrangements.
• Ability to interpret legal documents and complex contract structures.
• Proven ability to build external relationships and communicate effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking to evaluate scenarios and propose contracting solutions.
• Adaptability to changing business needs while supporting partnerships.
• Remote Work Eligibility in states including Wisconsin; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts to align with financial objectives and standards.
• Oversee the contract lifecycle from initiation through renewal and amendments.
• Maintain contract language, fee schedules, and reimbursement terms with policy changes.
• Manage provider relationships and resolve contractual disputes.
• Assess network performance and identify cost and quality improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to network development and adequacy initiatives.
• Develop and negotiate value-based contracting arrangements (ACO and others).
• Evaluate financial arrangements, risk-based models, and operational implications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties to support network management and contracting objectives.
