Job summary

Jobgether in the United States is seeking a Strategic ACO Contract Manager to lead complex provider contract negotiations and manage relationships with hospitals and physician groups.

You will develop contracting strategies balancing financial performance, quality outcomes, network adequacy, and affordability while overseeing the full lifecycle from negotiation to renewal and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related healthcare contracting experience.
• Strong background in provider relations and health plan operations.
• Experience in health plan operations, provider operations, or similar environments.
• Understanding of provider contracting strategies, risk-based agreements, and reimbursement structures.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts.
• Oversee contracts from initiation through renewal and closure.
• Maintain contract language, fee schedules, and reimbursement terms.
• Address provider concerns and resolve contractual disputes.
• Assess provider and network performance for cost and quality improvements.
• Support provider recruitment and network adequacy initiatives.
• Develop and negotiate innovative ACO and value-based contracting models.
• Evaluate complex financial arrangements and risk-based contracting structures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with business priorities.
