Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. seeks an Accounts Receivable Resource to support billing for skilled nursing operations in the Southern California region. This full-time, exempt role is remote, with preference for candidates based in or near Orange County.

The position will train and support business office managers and staff, monitor AR collections, and ensure accurate revenue recording across multiple facilities. Remote work with occasional travel to support field locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Office Manager experience in SNF/LTC.
• Accounts Receivable experience in SNF/LTC.
• 2+ years in multi-facility oversight role preferred.
• PointClickCare experience preferred.
• Nevada Medicaid Billing and Applications preferred.
• Ability to travel long distance.
• Able to prioritize and organize tasks at hand to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of state regulations.
• RFMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct AR functions under the supervision of the Director of Accounts Receivable.
• Analyze AR processes to maximize workflow and accuracy.
• Provide training to business office staff in multiple locations.
• Monitor and update financial policies in line with company policy and regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate best practices with peers and staff at locations.
• Assist AR workflow processes at assigned locations.
• Coordinate month-end close during staff vacancies.
• Support AR functions at locations with vacancies.
